Rangers are responsible for maintaining the natural environment and administering operations related to the department, such as the zoo, animal shelter, and farming practices.
Duties
Rangers are charged with several duties, including:
Shelterwork - Work at the shelter to attend to people wanting to buy pets. - Ensure there are enough pets of every kind (by breeding them or collecting them from the wild). - Take stray animals left abandoned to the shelter and inform their owner they can be picked up at the shelter.
Ranger Reports and Evictions - Create ranger reports and evictions for violations (DOI related laws). - Make reports for violations and send them to the relevant individuals. - Perform landscaping/removal tasks and create reports on the forums for payment.
Structure
Secretary: Manages the department operations.
Deputy Secretary: Assists in the leadership of the department.
Senior Ranger: Support the Secretary and the Deputy Secretary, train the new rangers, take on bigger projects/reports and help with the zoo.
Ranger: Does ranger reports, shelter work and ranger evictions.
Protocols
Expectations - The expectation for this department is to ensure everyone is contributing to the ongoing preservation and revitalization of the server’s aesthetic.
Activity - Rangers must meet basic standards of in-game activity and job commitment.
