The May 2025 Oakridge mayoral election was held from 22 to 25 May 2025 to elect the next mayor of Oakridge to succeed Yeet_Boy. Although Oakridge has historically been dominated by the Galactic Empire of Redmont (GER), the Workers' Party of Redmont (WPR)'s candidate, Roryyy___, was elected as Oakridge's first WPR mayor during this election.

During the voting period, a group known as the Naez mafia ran advertisements offering $10,000 to anyone who voted for zLost. Secretary of Justice and Attorney General Juniperfig stated that the Department of Justice had launched an investigation into the controversy. The Reveille Times published an article by Jorinton on the matter, in which zLost stated, "Naez told me that his mafia is endorsing me, i didn’t know he meant it like this. Yeah i dont support it at all."[1] On 25 May, in a Royal Eagle News interview, Naezaratheus admitted to election interference and several other crimes.[2]
On 24 May, GER member LukeyyyMC_ wrote and published an article in his news network Redmont Newsround, alleging "the WPR have used their numbers to takeover Oakridge and gain every single seat on the council."[3]

MSMBS News predicted a landslide WPR victory in the election, saying the WPR would "win with 75-80% of the vote, assuming only [the] GER opposes them"; its owner Sofia2750 opined that "Looking at the recent house and local elections, it has become clear that Oakridge is now WPR controlled."[6]
Results
Roryyy___ defeated zLost 29–25 in an extremely close election. Because there were no other candidates, there was only one round of vote counting.[7]
