The 29th Congress of Redmont was the group of elected legislators comprising the legislative branch of the federal government of Redmont that served from 10 January to 10 March 2025.
The 29th Congress oversaw the incapacitation of UnityMaster and served through the lcn administration, and into part of the 1950minecrafter administration.
The elections of both the House of Representatives and the Senate were impacted by the Trolligarch wave, which resulted in a leftward shift in the House of Representatives. The Galactic Empire of Redmont (GER) remained the political party with the most seats in the House of Representatives, the newly-founded Redmont People's Party (RPP) and the young Redmont Reform Party each gained their first seats in both the House of Representatives and the Senate, and the Patriotic Coalition of Redmont (PCR) held onto its two seats in the House of Representatives and gained a second seat in the Senate. CaseyLeFaye (PCR) lost the speakership to zLost (GER) and xEndeavour was elected president of the Senate in a tiebreaker vote cast by then-Vice President lcn.
House of Representatives

Eleven candidates were elected to the House of Representatives. Four seats are held by the GER (2theo, RylandW, MiekTyson and zLost), two by the PCR (BabySoga and CaseyLeFaye), one by the RRP (MrFluffy2U94) and one by the RPP (Chaos_Canadian), and three are held by candidates elected as independents, two of whom are now members of the Workers' Party of Redmont (AsexualDinosaur and MissAndrist, the other independent being .McBrittle419).
On 14 February, the Supreme Court ruled that a miscount had taken place, and that .McBrittle419 and bigpappa140 should have been elected, rather than RylandW and zLost. .McBrittle419 assumed her seat, while bigpappa140 ceded his to remain the secretary of public affairs. MathTech also resigned, and two special elections were held, to fill the seats of bigpappa140 and MathTech, respectively. RylandW and zLost both won in the special elections, immediately returning to the House.
