University

From DemocracyCraft Wiki
Revision as of 22:28, 7 December 2024 by Niicespiice (talk | contribs)

The Redmont University is a key location in DemocracyCraft. You can visit it by running the /university command, or alternatively, running the /warps command and clicking on "University."

Within the university, you can find a variety of wings - most of which are schools. Within these wings, you can either take exams or find links to apply for Government Roles (although you do not need to visit the university to find these links).

Exams

Within many of the exam rooms is a clickable sign which will start an exam. Questions will be sent to you in chat, and you must run the /exams <letter> command to answer the question. Note that sharing the answers with other players is against the law.

To study for the exam, please check the other guides on this wiki.

Once you have passed an exam, you will be given one of the following qualifications based on what you were taking the exam for:

  • a Trade Job (i.e. the exam for fisherman)
  • a Profession (i.e. the exam for lawyer)
  • a License (i.e. the exam for entrepreneur)

Navigation and Layout

The university has several wings for each school, which can be navigated by following the coloured lines on the ground. A map is shown at the front of the university, so navigation should not be too complicated.

Schools

The university has the following 5 schools, all of which have their own unique jobs you can get (as well as their own colours, which you can follow on the floor to navigate to their respective wings of the university). The schools and their exams are as follows:

School of Sociology & Economy

It is represented by the colour green.

School of Vocational Training

It is represented by the colour red, and covers roles that require physical labour.

School of Construction & Engineering

It is represented by the colour yellow, and covers both topics related to creating buildings and creating engineered products.

School of Law & Politics

It is represented by the colour blue, and covers roles that require lots of knowledge about the inner workings of the government and/or the law.

School of Health & Medicine

This school is represented by the colour magenta, and is the southernmost building in the university.

There is also another wing for the Driving Training Center (orange), however it does not count as a School.

  • The Pilots and Drivers exams are located here.
