Twixted (joined 12 June 2021) is a politician and journalist who served as the 13th president of Redmont.
Political career
Secretary of Public Affairs
Twixted served as Secretary of Public Affairs under the Westray administration from 15 February to 4 May 2022, and was reappointed to the same position during the 218218Consumer administration in September 2022.
Secretary of State
Twixted served as Secretary of State during the Westray administration, having been confirmed by the Senate on 4 May 2022.
Mayor of Willow
Twixted was appointed Acting Mayor of Willow in February 2022, and was later elected as the third Mayor of Willow, serving from June to September 2022.
Presidency
Twixted was elected in the February 2023 presidential election, the eighth presidential race in the Commonwealth. Running as an independent, he secured victory with his running mate sleepyjay_. His inauguration took place on 17 February 2023, succeeding Derpy_Bird. [1]

Executive orders
On 6 April 2023, Twixted signed the Executive Order 14/23 - Further Government Job Expansion bill allowing any citizen to hold an unlimited number of government occupations unless otherwise restricted by law. This order was later repealed by Executive Order 13/21. [3][4]

On 24 April 2023, Twixted issued an Executive Order redefining the role and structure of towns within Redmont. The order emphasized that towns are intended to serve as small, themed communities supporting national profit; not to rival the Capitol. It granted towns the authority to enact by-laws on zoning, elections, plot pricing, and local infrastructure, while enforcing infrastructure requirements such as clinics, airports, and police stations. Each town was assigned a core industry (e.g., farming for Willow, fishing for Aventura). The EO also introduced a federal grant and loan system tied to town development and performance, and outlined two economic models: local autonomy or federally budgeted funding. Additionally, it clarified the role of federal departments in towns and superseded all prior orders on local governance. [5]
Legal history
Twixted received two presidential pardons before taking office:
- On 6 February 2022, pardoned by President 218218Consumer for political discrimination, infringement on constitutional rights, corruption, electoral fraud, and election interference. [6]
- On 15 June 2022, pardoned by President Westray for crimes related to violent disorder.
During his term, Twixted did not issue any presidential pardons.
Awards and recognition
Twixted was nominated to the Order of Redmont by President LilDigiVert for his significant contributions to the Executive Branch, the Department of Public Affairs, town development, and the journalism industry.
In recognition of his services, President LilDigiVert conferred upon Twixted the tile The Loyalist of Redmont [7]
Personal life
Twixted is currently one of the few players whose residency remains set in Willow, a town that is no longer active or available for new residents.
