• Declarations open in the January 2026 congressional elections.

3 January (Saturday)

• Mayor of Oakridge Sofia Arf Arfwwwwww holds a press conference, where she announces plans to open Ridgewood, a new commercial district, as well as invest $1.5 million in Federal Reserve Board products and real state, in addition to opening a town bank.

4 January (Sunday)

• Supreme Court magistrate Vennefly is terminated after joining the New Dawn Party.

5 January (Monday)

• RazNews holds a debate for candidates in the January 2026 House of Representatives election, with candidates from 5 parties attending.

6 January (Tuesday)

• Talion Contour is elected to a B-Class seat in the the Senate, in a special election.

8 January (Thursday)

• Budgiebud is elected speaker of the 34th House of Representatives following former speaker Talion Countour's departure for the senate.
• JustaDumpling is elected Head of Urban Development of Oakridge for the third time in a special election.

9 January (Friday)

• Speaker of the House Budgiebud requests president Juniperfig to dissolve the House of Representatives. The request is accepted 5 minutes later.

11 January (Sunday)

• The 35th Congress is elected following the January 2026 congress general elections. The Workers' Party of Redmont is the biggest party in the House of Representatives, winning three seats. The party, Redmont Beach Party, Socialist People's Alliance, New Dawn Party, Galactic Empire of Redmont and The Freedom Coalition all win one seat each. Two independents, Angryhamdog and ToadKing are elected too. In the Senate, ameslap (NDP), RylandW (WPR) and ZLost (GER) are elected.
• Kaiserin Anthropy resigns as Attorney general of Redmont.

• Following Kaiserin Anthropy's departure from the position of Attorney General, solicitor general Dogeington Anthropy takes over as Acting Attorney general.

• Talion Contour is elected President of the Senate in the 35th Congress following the congressional elections.

• RazNews hosts a mayoral debate for the two candidates of the January 2026 Oakridge mayoral election. Voting begins later the same day.

• The 35th Senate incapacitates president Juniperfig in a 5-0-0 vote, making Acting President and Vice president Multiman155 president of Redmont.
