Lyme disease was a non-contagious disease that can be caught in Redmont. It was removed in the 2026 Health Update, and is most similar to the current Forest Fever disease.

Lyme disease could have been caught from tick bites.
Management
Antibiotics were used to treat Lyme disease. To craft antibiotics, a doctor needed glowstone dust, a glass bottle, a crimson fungus, and a clay ball. Antibiotics now have a different use and crafting recipe under the 2026 Health Update.
