The 4th Congress of Redmont was the group of legislators comprising the legislative branch of the country's government, serving from 10 November 2020 to 10 January 2021. The date of declarations closing is lost media, but the last declaration was by budgetmitch on 9 November 2020[1]. Results were announced on 14 November 2020[2] by Technofied. The Congress at the time had all Senate members retain their seats, rather than the current system of Senate seat classes, meaning only the House of Representatives had a general election.

Krix, incumbent Speaker of the House, was reelected to the position in a confirmation vote after _Austin27_ dropped out[3], with the election being confirmed on 15 November 2020. The day after, 16 November, the House's Standing Orders were passed and MilkCrack was elected Deputy Speaker of the House. hugebob23456 maintained his seat as President of the Senate.

Just like the Congresses before it, most bills in the 4th were focused on reforming key systems of the government. However, focus moved from being mainly onto balances of power to other foundational parts of the nation, particularly constitutional amendments[3].

The Proportional Representation Amendment Act , authored by then-President of the Senatehugebob23456 and signed by President Westray, attempted to switch the electoral system of Redmont to an Open Party List system, marking a major change in how votes were counted in Redmont. The amendment, however, failed referendum in a 65-35 distribution.

Other key constitutional amendments, like the establishment of the Department of State by the Referendum State Department Constitutional Amendment Act[4], passed referendum in flying colors. Some others, though, did not fare so well. The Judicial Review Constitution Amendment[5] failed referendum in a brutal 7-19 distribution.
