In Redmont, Pride Month is a large celebration of its LGBTQ+ community during June.
Acknowledgements
Co-owner Technofied wished the community a happy Pride Month in 2021[1] and 2022.[2]
On 10 June 2021, President Hugebob23456's Cabinet voted to declare 12 June to be Pride Day.[3] Mayor of Oakridge 1950minecrafter announced Pride Day on 28 June.[4]
In 2025, President 1950minecrafter, who is bisexual himself,[5] issued a statement celebrating Pride Month.[6] Mayor of Oakridge Sofia2750 wished the same in 2026.[7]
Events
The Department of Public Affairs (DPA) hosts a pride rave annually. In 2025, it was held on 8 June.[8][9] On 1 June, the DPA announced that the 2026 pride rave is scheduled to take place on 27 June.[10]
The DPA organised a Pride-themed obstacle course and a scavenger hunt from late June into July 2022;[11] a Pride concert was hosted by Aventura on 4 June.[12] In 2023, the DPA held a contest for Pride-themed builds, skins and objects.[13][14] In 2024, the DPA held contests for Pride-themed artwork and photos. Cash prizes ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 were advertised.[15][16][17] Also that year, Oakridge held a Pride celebration under Mayor Yeet_Boy on 2 June.[18]
Logo changes
To mark Pride Month, various organisations, including businesses and political parties, temporarily wash their logos with rainbow colors.[19] The DemocracyCraft server itself has been doing so since at least 2021.[1][20]

Legislation
On 31 May 2026, Speaker of the House xXTheoryXx (WPR) introduced the Pride Celebration Act, which, if signed into law, would declare the entire month of June as Pride Month, during which Pride flags must be displayed on government buildings and in public spaces, at least one in-game Pride event must be held by a government department and the Commonwealth must issue a statement reaffirming its support for inclusivity.[19][21]
