Flux is a common health condition in Redmont. It is non-contagious.
Signs and Symptoms
Patients who have Flux will always face Dehydration. There is also a 75% chance the patient will have a Stomach Ache, and a 50% chance they will start Vomiting. Most commonly mistaken with Heat Exhaustion. [1]
Causes
A player gets Flux when they consume any unclean drink. This normally happens when a player drinks unclean water, any elixir drink or any potion.
Management
The main and only cure for Flux is IV Fluids, which Doctors can make by brewing a Sea Pickle and 3 Water Bottles into 3 Electrolyte Tinctures, then turning the Electrolyte Tinctures into IV Fluids. A patient can go to any hospital or clinic to be treated with IV Fluids, which has a $60 cost fully paid by Medicare.[2]
Unlike other cures, IV Fluids cannot be applied to yourself. Another player must right click you to apply the cure.
