The 38th Congress of Redmont is the current group of legislators comprising the legislative branch of the the country's government, having served since 10 July 2026. Candidate declarations closed on 7 July 2026, followed by the opening of polls that day, and the closure of polls and the announcement of the results on the 10 July.[1]
On 13 July 2026, former President of the Senate Musclebound was removed in a 4-0-0 vote[2] after less than 24 hours in office with a vote of no confidence. This vote was initiated through a motion by Senator TrueDarklander after multiple votes for the standing orders of the senate failed to pass. Immediately prior to the vote results being announced, Musclebound posted a resignation message from the position of President of the Senate.[3][4]
