This page will outline the policies in which an editor should follow to properly make edits on the DemocracyCraft wiki.
Policies
- Avoid using AI, such as LLMs like ChatGPT in your work.
- We want to avoid using other people's copyrighted content without permission.
- Using grammar correctors is acceptable.
- Maintain civility
- We want the wiki to not be a place for infighting or rudeness, especially from our editors.
- Avoiding "edit warring"
- Instead of reverting someone's edits repeatedly, please make an effort to reach out to them and discuss the problems, or ask an Information manager or higher within the Department of Education to help solve the dispute.
- Cite your sources
- Make sure you are providing evidence for the claims stated on a page, and even if we can't check them all, we will scrutinize sources when applciable.
- Use a neutral point of view
- Make your pages should be written neutrally and without bias.
