- Introduction: Give the subject's name (in bold), join date (in parenthesis), and aliases (in bold), followed by summarising their significance to the server.
- Example: "SomeHumanOnEarth (joined 4 August 2021), known as Human for short and by various nicknames such as SomeAlienOnMars and SHOE (an acronym for her username), is a Redmontian politician, electoral officer, and ranger who is serving as the secretary of state under President Kaiserin_ and previously served as the 21st vice president of Redmont under President GoldBlooded, as the secretary of the interior from October 2022 to February 2023 under Presidents Deadwax and Derpy_Bird. She also served as the 6th mayor of Willow from April to October 2023 and in the 25th Senate from June to August 2024. Additionally, she served in the town councils of Klondike and Willow. She is an independent and has never been affiliated with any political party."

- Personal life section: Detail the subject's personal life, including residencies, family, pets, interests and hobbies, friends, etc.
- Example: "EATB resides at their commercial plots at av-c019 in Aventura and c160 in Reveille. Their avatar is Super Sonico, whom they LARP.
On 18 June 2025, EATB married AnimeInc, during a private ceremony in Aventura, with T04DS74 facilitating it."
- References section: This is the final section of the article, which includes references (using
<references />
), navigation templates (such as for departments, i.e. {{Department of Education}}, and finally, categories.- Example:

Parts of an infobox important to a biography:
- Name & above: Set these to the username of the subject.
- Image: Upload a picture of their avatar with no background or use the methods listed here to link it. If you are uploading an image, when you use it, make sure you size it to 200px.
- Personal Details - header1: Using the header1 variable, start with Personal details.
- Join date: The date that the subject joined. Can be found with
/about [username]
in game. - Occupation: The job that the subject holds currently
- Political Party: The political party that the subject is currently in - unknown or independent accepted.
- Pronouns: The pronouns of the subject. Ask them for clarification.
- Nationality: The nationality of the subject, as decided by them. You can use
{{ISO|(region)}}
to show their flag, you can find the regions on the ISO template source editing, with some examples includeUS

- Join date: The date that the subject joined. Can be found with
- Political offices held - other headers: Using the other header values, such as header2, list the subject's held positions from all time.
- In office: What times they held this positon, using the format Day Month Year - Day Month Year (such as: 10 May – 15 June 2025)
- Party: What party the subject was in when holding this position.
- Other details: You can include other data sections that may be applicable, such as Vice president, who appointed them, or their major coworkers (such as deputy secretaries to the secretary, etc.)
