The Central Flats Merchant Republic (CFMR) was a polity which operated a few towns west of Central Flats Airstrip.
History
Anderella was founded on Holiday Road in April 2024.[1] Later, west of Anderella, past a tunnel through a mountain, Haven Valley was founded in May 2024.[2] In June, the Central Flats Merchant Republic was founded, and Haven Valley became its primary settlement. (According to a document written by Nebrasken64, an "original CFMR" was founded around February 2024, but it was insignificant.)[3] After Haven Valley became increasingly burdened by griefers, San Mateo was founded even farther west. Eventually, Haven Valley was sacked by the 1008 Mafia, and San Mateo became the CFMR's main city.
At first, San Mateo flourished, but two politicians from GER gained power, and the original leader, .CostcoRep2439, grew suspicious of them, resulting in a violent altercation on August 31st. The people of San Mateo decided to disband the CFMR and settle near April Meadows Airstrip. This new town was named Lakefield, and slowly disappeared.
