Presidency
Twixted was elected in the February 2023 presidential election, the eighth presidential race in the Commonwealth. Running as an independent, he secured victory with his running mate sleepyjay_. His inauguration took place on 17 February 2023, succeeding xLayzur.

Executive orders
On 6 April 2023, Twixted signed an executive order allowing any citizen to hold an unlimited number of government occupations unless otherwise restricted by law. This order was later repealed Executive Order 13/21 ([1]Government Job Expansion).

Legal history
Twixted received two presidential pardons before taking office:
- On 6 February 2022, pardoned by President LilDigiVert for political discrimination, infringement on constitutional rights, corruption, electoral fraud, and election interference.
- On 15 June 2022, pardoned by President Westray for crimes related to violent disorder.
- During his term, Twixted did not issue any presidential pardons.
