The 34th Congress of Redmont is the incumbent group of legislators comprising the legislative branch of the federal government of Redmont. The vast majority were elected during the November 2025 general election. The 34th Congress of Redmont has served during the administrations of presidents Pepecuu, juniperfig, and Eenza.

House elections

November House special

On 24 November 2025, Representative Smami (WPR) resigned from her seat, triggering a special election. Eight candidates declared: PluraGlasshouse (TWP), Maxib02 (TFC), RaiTheGuy07 (NDP), Rookieblue14 (IND), EatYourGreens_ (RBP), NovaKerbal (WPR), Layzur Patriot (TFC), and Priceless Agrari (IND). Before declarations closed, Layzur Patriot rescinded his declaration.

New Dawn Party candidate RaiTheGuy07 was elected with 29 of 54 votes (53.70%) on 30 November. In the final round, he received 29 votes to NovaKerbal's 25, while in the first round NovaKerbal received 19 and RaiTheGuy07 received 14.

November House special #2

On 28 November 2025, Representative Julia Tempest (IND) resigned from her seat, triggering a special election. Razputin Bazputin (WPR) was the first to declare, followed by Layzur Patriot (TFC), vvirtue_ (NDP), PluraGlasshouse (IND), and EatYourGreens_ (RBP). The WPR, in a coalition with the NDP, endorsed the NDP's candidate for the second preference place.

In a close election, Bazputin was elected with 29 of 58 votes (50%) in the third round, the same number received by vvirtue_, but had more votes in the rounds prior.

December House special

On 16 December, a special election was called to fill Scassany Contour's seat. Five candidates ran: ameslap (NDP), Julia Tempest (IND), Priceless Agrari (IND), Ryland Wethersbee (WPR), and Saggwizard13 (TFC). The RBP's nominee, EatYourGreens_, was disqualified; Imza stated that his candidacy was for a dare in his declaration.

ameslap was endorsed by President of the Senate Multiman155 and Senator Loji Tempest, while Wethersbee was endorsed by TP and various WPR officials. On 20 December, Wethersbee, whose campaign manager was NovaKerbal, was announced the elected representative, with 34 of 56 votes (60.71%) in the first round.

December House special #2

Another special election was called on 20 December to fill the seat formerly held by YourLocalDiabeto (TP), who resigned on the 16th. The candidates were Ko R. Durme (IND), AsexualDinosaur (RBP), musrodent (TFC), Priceless Agrari (RBP), Jada Knights (WPR), and Mr Neighbor Hathaway (TP). Agrari had originally declared as an independent before becoming the RBP's nominee.

On 24 December, the results were announced, with 55 total votes. Knights (WPR) was elected with 24 votes (43.64%) in the first round, all first preference votes. Durme (IND) was also elected in the fifth round, with 21.31 votes (38.75%); of those, six were first-preference (10.91% of the total votes).

Senate elections

November Senate special

Senator girlfailcoded (WPR) resigned immediately after taking office, leaving the server entirely. A special election was called to fill her seat, in which ten candidates declared: Julia Tempest (IND), tortenwashere (IND), AsexualDinosaur (IND), Loji Tempest (NDP), Layzur Patriot (TFC), Rubilubi55 (TP), PluraGlasshouse (IND), Razputin Bazputin (IND), Mr_Majonezik (RBP), and NovaKerbal (IND). Tempest withdrew her declaration before the polls opened, and tortenwashere and NovaKerbal were disqualified, the former for insufficient playtime and the latter for missing the deadline to declare.

On 16 November, Loji Tempest was elected with 30 of 60 votes (50%) in the final round.

December Senate special

Because of his appointment to be the vice president of juniperfig, Senator Multiman 155 (NDP) resigned. Around the same time, Senator Inknet (IND) was removed for inactivity. To fill these vacancies, a special election was called on 27 December. The candidates who declared were ToadKing (IND), Representative Razputin Bazputin (IND), Priceless Agrari (IND), IgnitedTNT (RBP), Layzur Patriot (IND), A__C (IND), Bardiya King (IND), Pepecuu (IND), xDarkkex (IND), Purple Contour (IND), AbsInf (IND), ragemen2 (IND), TheFlameEmporer1 (IND), Mr Neighbor Hathaway (TP), and Ameslap James (NDP). Three of these candidates were disqualified: IgnitedTNT (RBP), ragemen2 (IND), and Patriot (IND), all for insufficient playtime.

Bazputin, who was accused of accepting a bribe less than a week earlier, has campaigned with a graphic reading "Did I do that 'thing'?? Who knows! Vote for me!"

On 28 December, the party endorsed Hathaway for first preference and James for second preference. Representative zLost endorsed ToadKing later that day.

Resignations and derelictions

The 34th Congress saw an unusually high number of resignations and removals of members for dereliction.

Controversies

On 21 December, Razputin Bazputin (WPR) was accused of accepting a $5,000 bribe. The bribe was reportedly to have Bazputin change his abstain vote on the Abstention Fix Act to an aye vote. His membership in the WPR was subsequently revoked. Bazputin, now an independent associate of the WPR, issued a press release stating that he "[does] not believe [he] committed bribery, but . . . will admit that [his] behavior has not perhaps been the most professional during [his] time as a representative." The press release also stated he would fight prosecution.
