Scassany Contour (joined 24 August 2025; username Scassany) is a Redmontian stateswoman and educator who has served as the secretary of education under Presidents Eenza Pantalone-Moths, Juniper Fig, and Multiman155. Scassany served as deputy speaker of the 33rd and 34th sessions of the House of Representatives as a New Down Party member. She resigned December 15, 2025, to be nominated to the secretary of education, where she served until being elected vice president in February 2026.
Career
Scassany joined the New Alliance August 30, 2025.[1] She was elected to the House of Representatives September 10, 2025, with the backing of New Alliance. During the September 2025 general elections, Scassany ran for a seat in the House of Representatives with the endorsement of the New Alliance.[2]
On September 30, 2025, she took on leadership duties for the New Alliance.[1] However, on October 14, 2025, she resigned from the party entirely.[1] Nine days later, Scassany joined Multiman155 and juniperfig to form the New Dawn Party.[1] The party endorsed Scassany to run for a House seat in the November 2025 general election, and was successfully re-elected.[3]
Scassany served as deputy speaker of the 33rd House from September 3, 2025.[4] Following her re-election, she again served as deputy speaker until her resignation on December 15, 2025.[5] In January 2026, she left the New Dawn Party and joined the Workers' Party of Redmont.
In February 2026, Scassany was elected vice president of Redmont, serving under President Technofied.
Personal life
Scassany resides at rh024, a property in Reveille Heights.[6] She is the daughter of Talion Contour, who adopted her November 15, 2025.[7]
