OwnedBlock (joined 30 May 2026) is a Redmontian lawyer who has served as the RBI Director since August 1.[1] He is also a 3.5% C shareholder with Archstone, the property development firm.

OwnedBlock was a Department of Justice Investigator from 26 June 2026 to 18 July 2026; later becoming a Lead Investigator from 18 July 2026 to 1 August 2026.[1] After that, OwnedBlock became the RBI Director from 1 August 2026 to present.[1] Among this time, OwnedBlock was a Department of Homeland Security recruit (11 July 2026 to 4 August 2026) and also a Police officer (4 August 2026 to present).[1] OwnedBlock is a Bar Association of Redmont Councillor (July 30 to present).[2]
