The 39th Congress of Redmont is the current group of legislators comprising the legislative branch of the the country's government, having served since 25 July 2026. Candidate declarations for the July special election closed on 22 July 2026,[1][2][3] followed by the opening of polls that day, and the closure of polls and the announcement of the results on 25 July.[4][5] The new members of the House of Representatives and Senate quickly a new Criminal Code Act, which was signed into law by President xXTheoryXx on 31 July 2026.[6]
The 39th Congress was initially a continuation of the 38th, marked as 38(2CS) in official documentation,[7] but was renamed to the 39th after the signing of the Congressional Session Name Act on 13 August.[8]
