Prior to the ratification of the Judicial Restructuring Amendment Act on 10 June 2021, judges presided over the Court and the Supreme Court.[1][2]

Judges of the Superior and Federal Courts

The ratification of the Judicial Restructuring Amendment Act on 10 June 2021 created the Superior Court and removed the Court, and no longer allowed judges to preside over the Supreme Court. Judges before ratification became judges of the Superior Court.

On 16 June 2021, the Superior Court was renamed to the Federal Court with the passage of the Judicial Quickfix Act.[9]
