GoldBlooded has been impeached the most of any player, once as DOJ secretary, and twice as president.

Impeachment is a constitutional remedy to address serious constitutional offenses committed by current or former government officials. For former government officials, it must be no longer than 2 months after they left office.[1]

In order for a government official or ex-government official to be impeached, the House of Representatives will lay charges and specify what constitutional provisions were violated. Article(s) of impeachment require supermajority to pass.[2]

After someone is impeached, they are subject to trial by the Senate. The Senate then may, by supermajority, vote to convict them. The vote to convict will also specify the punishment, which can be any amount of the following:

  • Immediate removal from office.
  • Ban from elected office for a period of no longer than 2 months.
  • Ban from judicial office for a period of no longer than 2 months.
  • Ban from executive office for a period of no longer than 2 months.

 6-1-2 Exact details may have been lost to time. However, Nacho was pardoned by President Krix on 31 March 2021 for "all offences he was criminally charged for under his impeachment." This would seem to imply that he was found guilty on both charges. It is likely, but not certain, that he was convicted to the following:
  • Ban from being a member of the Department of Justice
  • Ban from Public Office for the period of 2 months.

2 21 December 2021 GoldBlooded Secretary of the Department of Justice
  • Abuse of power: committed murder and deleted his own wanted point, then telling a trainee officer to not arrest him or possibly be fined.
 7-0-2* Convicted of violating §13 and §14 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms within the Constitution on 29 December 2021 and punished with the following:
  • Barred from serving in elected office, judicial office, or executive office for a period of two months.

  • Violation of §8 and §14 of the Charter of Rights & Freedoms: Issuing a $1000 fine for a charge of Contempt of Court, when the fine set by law was much less.
  • Violation of the constitutional duties of the judiciary by not following the fines as written by the legislature.
 8-3-0 Found not guilty on all charges in a 5-0-0 vote on 23 July 2022. On 19 July 2022, the House passed a resolution that stated they regretted impeaching JoeGamer, saying he did not actually violate the law. [13] [14] [15] [16] [17]
4 29 November 2022 SnoWhitebeard Secretary of the Department of Public Affairs
  • Violation of §12 of the Constitution: lack of activity in hosting community events, properly administering the server social media accounts and advancing the spirit of the community.
 8-0-0* A trial was never held. SnoWhitebeard resigned from their position on 29 November 2022, the same day they were impeached. [18] [19] [20] [21]

  • Abuse of Power by leveraging the special election to get his nominee, BoopingBerry, in office.
  • Abuse of Power by vetoing Aladeen's nomination against cabinet's wishes because of Aladeen's voting history.
  • Abuse of Power for pardoning Former Senate Leader Milqy for crimes that are impeachable.
  • Abuse of Power in trying to use his Executive Order power to remove citizens of Redmont for his own political gain.
  • Abuse of Power by declaring war on other nations for ridiculous reasons.
 10-0-0* Found guilty on all charges on 4 January 2023. No punishment was approved, however. On 1 December 2022, Deadwax was declared incapacitated and removed from office. [22] [23] [24] [25]

  • Barred from serving in elected office, judicial office, or executive office for a period of two months.

  • Dismissing a magistrate for refusing to obey his commands which were unlawful.

  • Violating constitutional duties: signing an executive order which required the executive to refuse to follow any orders given by the Supreme Court.
  • Accomplice to bribery: offered then-Speaker Bezzergeezer to dissolve the House in exchange for future positions in the government.
  • Removing a secretary for exercising their right to remove the president: fired Interior Secretary TheReal42Person for signing an incapacitation letter against him.
  • Pocket vetoing: pocket vetoed the No Presidents in Congress Act on the 19th of November.
 8-2-0* Found guilty on the charge of pocket vetoing the No Presidents in Congress Act in a 5-0-0* vote on 23 January 2024:
  • Removal from office effective February 1st 12 am EST.
  • Ban from elected office for a period of 2 months effective February 1st 12 am EST.
  • Ban from judicial office for a period of 2 months effective February 1st 12 am EST.
  • Ban from executive office for a period of 2 months effective February 1st 12 am EST.
 On 1 February 2024, at 11:19 am EST, the Supreme Court ruled in a 2-1 decision that xlayzur's conviction did not have a constitutional basis and was therefore invalid. [33] [34] [35]

  • Violating the rights and freedoms of multiple citizens by removing their votes illegally.
  • Violation of the separation of powers by declaring a wrongful winner to an election.
  • Violating the constitutional duty of the State Secretary to oversee the efficient operations of their department.
 7-3-0* Found guilty on all charges on 6 March 2024 at 11:40 am EST in a 4-0-0 vote:
  • Removal from office effective immediately.
  • Ban from elected office for a period of 2 months effective immediately.
