The Federal Court (or "FCR") is the second highest court in the Redmont judiciary, right underneath the Supreme Court and is the appellate court for verdicts issued by the District Court. Cases before the Federal Court are presided over by a single judge, who are nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate. The Constitution only allows for there to be 3 appointed Federal Court judges at any given time. [1]
