rh023 is a plot in Reveille Heights, Reveille, which was added to the Department of Construction and Transport's Heritage List in December 2025. Built by Four Tyfour in April 2025, it has served as the shared residence of Tyfour and their wife Eenza Pantalone-Moths since.
Ownership history
On 30 October 2022, the Department of Construction and Transport (DCT) seized the plot as its owner, _Zeos, had become inactive.[1]
On 5 November 2023, owner Jaccck was evicted from the plot for inactivity. The plot was subsequently sold at auction to MrFluffy2U94 on 13 December for $10,200, the starting price, with just one bid.[2][3]
On 7 August 2024, artist modernmagick was evicted from the plot for inactivity. On 30 August, it was sold at auction to lcn for $10,200, again in a single bid, never besting the starting price.[4] Between that date and 18 October, the property was sold to Louder_Leo. In October, Louder_Leo was evicted from the plot for inactivity. On 17 March 2025, it was sold to Four Tyfour at auction for $35,000.[5][6]
Architecture
The house has two above-ground floors in addition to a basement. A garden surrounds the green concrete walls of the exterior, which are topped with a roof made of various types of stone. Spruce trapdoors and oak signs accent the walls. In their nomination hearing, Tyfour cited the build as an example of their work.[7]
Heritage listing
On 15 December 2025, Tyfour applied for the plot to be added to the Heritage List. On the 31st, following Tyfour's ascension to the secretaryship of the DCT, Tyfour announced the application had been "accepted following [an] internal vote".[8]
