The imagemap database is a mess and if you don't know the name of the file, it can take you forever to actually find anything. Moving forward Administrators are asked to please, please, please follow the guide below when downloading new images to imagemap to avoid a messy plugin.

* "gov-seal-department" - used for downloading new government seals → seals for the courts, towns, congress, the executive, etc replace the "department" argument here. → seals for old government departments (or ones that were removed/proposed but never created) are stored with a "-old" suffix.

* Department_of_XXXXXX_Seal.png
* "gov-doh-curename-recipe" - used for doh cure recipes → this formatting can be applied anytime a government department (or congress/the courts/towns) needs an image, `gov` remains the constant, then the department abbreviation (or town name/court/etc), and then a short but descriptive title of the image. → other examples include `gov-doe-banner-archive` or `gov-oakridge-sheriff-seal` (you get the idea).
