Katto founded and operated the Redmont Housing Organization (RHO), which provided housing for those of low-income. He served as its chairman from 23 March to 23 November 2023.[2]
He donated supplies to construct and furnish the Diamond Foundation's Diamond Center 1 in late 2023.[10]
