Salmonella was a bacteria that caused a non-contagious infection in Redmont. It was removed in the 2026 Health Update and replaced with Food Poisoning.
Signs and Symptoms
A salmonella infection caused severe diarrhea in players. The condition also sometimes presented itself with dehydration and fatigue.
Causes
Salmonella infections were contracted from eating raw meat.
Management

The treatment for salmonella was activated charcoal. To craft the treatment a doctor required coal, a glass bottle, a magma cream, and a crimson fungus.
