Ownership history

On 15 October 2023, the plot was reported for eviction, as its owner, DakMan3d, had began to fail to meet the activity requirements; the eviction was solved when DakMan3d met the playtime requirements. Ten days later, another eviction notice was sent, again for inactivity, and again DakMan3d upped his playtime. Just over a month later, the plot was put back up for eviction, though this time the eviction went through and an auction was held. It is unclear to whom the property was sold at this auction.

On 24 July 2025, BoopingBerry was notified that she had fallen below the activity requirements; she solved this and the eviction was resolved. On 7 October, she was evicted for non-compliance. On 24 October, the plot was auctioned to Venne Montclair for $57,110. Hours before the transfer, Montclair began searching for an interior designer for the property.

Heritage listing

On 2 November 2025, Venne Montclair, a magistrate, submitted the application to have c195 added to the Heritage List. In the application, Montclair stated that the building "is very aesthetically pleasing and is extremely detailed," and that it "gives the entire street a very classic and elegant look." On 8 December, Secretary of Construction and Transport KattoDE announced that the application had been accepted.
