Heritage listing
On 2 November 2025, Vennefly, a magistrate, submitted the application to have c195 added to the Heritage List. In the application, Vennefly stated that the building "is very aesthetically pleasing and is extremely detailed," and that it "gives the entire street a very classic and elegant look." On 8 December, Secretary of Construction and Transport KattoDE announced that the application had been accepted.[1]
