winterwolf (joined 22 June 2024) is a Redmontian ranger, supply manager, electoral officer, building inspector, professor and entrepreneur. He currently serves as the secretary of the Department of the Interior under President Kaiserin_, and has previously served as the department's deputy secretary. He is an independent.

Career

winterwolf joined DemocracyCraft on June 22, 2025, quickly immersing himself in the political and civic landscape. Despite multiple unsuccessful election campaigns for the House of Representatives and various towns, he remained active and committed to public service. His first position was as a trainee doctor at the Reveille Hospital, where he was trained by future president lcn in late June.

winterwolf would be hired as a supply officer for the Department of the Interior on July 23, and later as a professor for the Department of Education. He was promoted to supply manager on December 13, and swiftly advanced to deputy secretary of the interior just two days later on December 15. During this time, he was also an executive advisor for President UnityMaster.

During January 2025, winterwolf became further involved in the DOI as a ranger, and was hired as a building inspector with the Department of Construction and Transport. Despite the removal of UnityMaster as president and his replacement by Vice President lcn, winterwolf remained as an executive advisor for the rest of the term. He was later awarded a presidential commendation from lcn for his commitment to the DOI and his activity within the Cabinet.

During the February 2025 presidential election, winterwolf was a cabinet pick as secretary of the interior for 1950minecrafter and Yeet_Boy's campaign. Despite this, following their victory and in spite of their initial pick, DOI veteran SomeHumanOnEarth was instead nominated for secretary; in a tie-breaking vote cast by Vice President Yeet_Boy, however, the nomination was rejected by Senate. This resulted in winterwolf being officially nominated as a replacement, to which he passed. He was hired as an electoral officer for the Department of State in May 2025.

In the June 2025 presidential election, winterwolf was the cabinet pick of both major presidential campaigns for secretary of the interior. Upon the victory of the Kaiserin_ and juniperfig campaign, he was officially nominated and passed. This made him the first secretary of the interior to serve two consecutive terms back-to-back.

While not formally registered, winterwolf is the operator of Winters at c048 and c049. He is also known for his long-standing Winters outlet at cbd033, which serves as a primary supplier of wool and string.

Personal life

winterwolf lives in the wild of Redmont, dedicated to his duties as a ranger. He has never owned a residential plot, and considers himself to be 'homeless'.
