Westray, a journalist from [[Hamilton]], ran with [[Doxxx_]], a police officer and Westray's mother. The campaign was successful, with Westray being elected the second [[List of presidents|president of Redmont]] — the first to be elected — creating the [[first Westray administration]].

The campaign's slogan was "''promises made, promises kept''". This slogan was also later used by [[Icypenguin79]] for his campaign in the [[6th Congress|March 2021 congressional elections]] and [[xEndeavour]]'s campaign for the [[7th Congress|May 2021 House of Representatives election]]; though these may be unrelated.
