rhein_FM, also known as Rhein Holmes (joined 23 May 2026), is a Representative in the 40th Congress. He was formerly known as Rhein Meowley.
Political Career
Congress
In the 40th Congress, Rhein proposed one bill, which is currently a draft: Department of Tomfoolery Act[1].
Electoral History
Rhein previously ran in the July 2026 House of Representatives Special Election #1 as an Independent[2], receiving 2 first preference votes and being eliminated in Round 17. In the same month, he ran in the July 2026 Oakridge Council Special Election #1 as an Independent[3], receiving 3 first preference votes and being eliminated in Round 10 (the second to last round).
In the September 2026 House of Representatives Election[4], Rhein ran as a member of the United Front. He received 7 first preference votes and was elected to a seat in the final round, becoming a member of the 40th Congress.
Political Affiliation
Rhein ran as an Independent in his first elections, though later supported the Dino Nugget Party's registration as a member. He also ran in one election as a member of the United Front. Most recently, Rhein supported the registration of United Towns of Redmont as a member.[5]

Rhein served as Executive Advisor between 20 July 2026 and 25 July 2026[6], having been appointed by then-President Just _Jada.

Rhein previously owned BreadMart.[6]
Personal Life
Rhein was adopted into the Holmes family by NoMoreUno (Uno Holmes) through a Department of Public Affairs registration on 11 September 2026, though as of 27 September 2026, it has not been officially approved by the department.[7]
