The Department of Tomfoolery (DOT) was the department responsible for Redmont's morale, it was charged with posting jokes, handling the silliness at hand, as well as managing the shenanigans and tomfoolery produced by Redmont.
History
It was first mentioned in Congress by EmeraldGuuy in the Department of Tomfoolery Act, and then later mentioned by President Just Jada in Executive Order 24/26 - Non Stop Fun. Since then, the Department of Tomfoolery Act has been deemed redundant and the Executive Order has been repealed. Furthermore, the Department of Tomfoolery's creation in Executive Order 24/26 was unconstitutional, as a President cannot establish a department.
