Heat exhaustion is a serious health condition related to body temperature that can affect players in Redmont.
Signs and Symptoms
Heat exhaustion typically presents with dehydration, vomiting, and headaches. Players have a high body temperature (>45°C).
Causes
Heat exhaustion occurs when a player's body temperature rises above 45°C, this is well above the normal temperature of 37°C.
Management
Managing heat exhaustion involves lowering the body temperature. This can be achieved with an ice pack, crafted with an ice block and a piece of paper.
