Talion & Partners (Talion & Partners Inc) known for its popularity in Redmont, is a Redmontain Law Firm. History
Talion & Partners was founded in --th August of 2025 by two individuals Talion77 and PricelessAgrari. They had seen how good the legal industry was and wanted to try something new.
Company Structure
The company is managed in a corporation legally; however, they consider themselves more towards an LLC structure.
The company is operated by the Managing Partner, the Managing Partner is in charge of all Lawyers, Company Operations, and Finances.
Under that there are the Company Executives, these act as Board Members of the company, at the current moment these are the Company Executives:
- Culls (Company Executive & Senior Partner)
- AboundedComet (Company Executive, Senior Partner, and Fishs Representive)
- Talion77 (Company Executive & Senior Partner)
- ElysiaCrynn (Company Executive)
- xXTheoryXx (Company Executive, Junior Partner, and Managing Partner)
Under the Company Executives, there are the Executive Leadership, these are positions such as Chief of Staff, Director of Training, and department heads.
Under the executive leadership there are the Partners, this is a position that is an experienced lawyer in the firm and its more or less the highest possible normal attorneys can get.
Under Partners, there are the Associates, this is a position that is a normal lawyer in the firm, they can take on cases themselves and are the most popular position in the firm.
Under Associates, there are the Paralegals, this is a position that is a trainee lawyer, usually they have a couple of barristers or only solicitor. They are trained by the Recruitment Department and are overseen on cases by leadership or associates/partners.
There are also offices such as the Recruitment Office that manages human resources, positions, and applications.
