Illicit substances are consumables that are outlawed, either for their potential to hurt or for being dangerous in the wrong hands.

The list of illicit substances can be found here under the Controlled Substances Policy or in the Criminal Terminology Act.

Elixirs

There is a group of elixirs called 'shine' elixirs, which are all illicit substances. These can be brewed with the brewer job, and recipes located within the "Book O' Brews"
