Judges are the name of the judicial officers that preside over the Federal Court. In the past, 'judge' has also been the name of the judicial officers that preside over the Court, the Supreme Court, and the Superior Court.
Judges of the Court and Supreme Court
Prior to the ratification of the Judicial Restructuring Amendment Act on 10 June 2021, judges presided over the Court and the Supreme Court.[1][2]

Judges of the Superior and Federal Courts
The ratification of the Judicial Restructuring Amendment Act on 10 June 2021 created the Superior Court and removed the Court, and no longer allowed judges to preside over the Supreme Court. Judges before ratification became judges of the Superior Court.
On 16 June 2021, the Superior Court was renamed to the Federal Court with the passage of the Judicial Quickfix Act.[3]
