The Department of Commerce (DOC) is the department of the executive branch tasked with overseeing and supporting the economy of Redmont, providing support to Redmontian businesses and ensuring financial compliance within the financial and banking sectors. History
The department was initially established as the Department of Education and Commerce (DEC), overseeing both education and cultural heritage alongside economic policy and regulation. In October 2022, following the successful referendum of the Department Reform Act[1], the DEC was split into the Department of Commerce and the Department of Education (DOE).
