In his early days, Culls became a designer and founded an art company called Reflections.

After a brief hiatus, Culls returned and rejoined the Department of Health. He then founded the company Redstar but resigned in August 2025. He later founded Heritage University. He ran in an October special election for the 33rd Senate and the 34th House of Representatives general election but lost in both.[1][2] In November 2025, he was hired to design the new Ivy University building.
