Provisional Government of Greenmont

The Provisional Government of Greenmont, also referred to in treaties with the CFMR as the Empire of Greenmont, is a provisional government for Greenmont (Barren Valley and Magnopolis collectively) with no constitution or legislature. Its original leader was DK3458, but SpaceHombre has assumed leadership of Greenmont because of DK3458's inactivity. Despite the title "Empire", it has not engaged in any imperialist practices. It was formed around May of 2024 and will be abolished upon the completion of the Constitution of the Greenmont Federal Republic and the proper organization of the government.

Etymology

The name "Greenmont" is a reference to the land on which Barren Valley was built. It is a combination of "green" (the color of the land) and "mont" ("mountain"). The land is hilly and high above sea level.
