Mezimoří is an organisation formed from a union of like-minded businesses and people headquartered at [HQ] in Redmont. The organisation was founded on 3 March 2023 by Verniciain response to the pressures felt by non-anglophone communities in Redmont. The organisation has a long history.
Etymology
The organisation's name derives from an old interwar geopolitical plan to restore the Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth. Later the plan came to encompass an central/eastern European union. The name has a clear link to the goals of Mezimoří, which began as a union of Czech, Slovak, and Polish speakers in Redmont.
