Kaiserin_ (joined 1 January 2025; HOR-WPR), also known as Kaiserin Andrist, is a Redmontian politician, lawyer, and propagandist. She is the chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Redmont, the chairwoman of its Legal Committee, and the managing partner of Dragon Law Firm. Since January, she has served in the House of Representatives in the 29th, 30th, and 31st Congresses.

In May 2025, she announced her campaign in the June 2025 presidential election with juniperfig.

Career

Redmont career

Kaiserin_ joined the server on New Years' Day of 2025 and almost immediately became a lawyer. She was hired by AlexanderLove's Dragon Law Firm as a paralegal the same day she joined the server, and joined the Workers' Party on 6 January. She quickly rose through the ranks of both organisations, becoming a partner at Dragon Law on 17 January, and being elected to the Workers' Party's Central Committee on 18 January.

Kaiserin_ was instrumental in the initial success of the Workers' Party, serving as its official Chief Propagandist beginning on 23 January, and leading multiple successful political campaigns, as well as assisting with administrative duties and policy-setting early on. She ran for political office herself in one of the House of Representatives special elections of mid-February 2025, winning in a landslide with 30 votes to her main competitor's 12 votes. In a short term of roughly three weeks, she utilised the slim majority of the GER-WPR coalition in the House to pass the Workers' Rights Act (in an updated form from a previous incarnation of the bill with the same name) and the Legal Damages Balance Act.

On 17 February 2025, Kaiserin_ was appointed the Chair of the Legal Committee of the Workers' Party, and stepped down as the Chief Propagandist, handing the role to AETHER1AN. The next day, Kaiserin was also elected as the Vice Chair of the Central Committee.

On 26 February, AlexanderLove left the DemocracyCraft server and appointed Kaiserin_ as his successor for the position of Managing Partner at Dragon Law Firm. Shortly after assuming this position, Kaiserin undertook a series of internal changes to the firm, including giving other partners business equity, rather than the sole proprietorship model of the past. She has led the firm and continued undertaking cases since.

Kaiserin_ was re-elected to the House of Representatives in March of 2025, securing the second most votes out of all candidates.

On 23 March, Kaiserin_ was elected to succeed JunoAndrist as the Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party in a 4–1 vote, bringing her into the highest position within the party. She has continued to lead the party since, stating in a public address that she plans to "follow in the footsteps of [her] predecessor by leading with confidence, conviction, and wisdom".

Throughout her second term, Kaiserin_ wrote, proposed, and participated in the creation of a large number of bills aimed mostly at legal reform (Legal Code Act, No More Clarity Act, Judicial Jurisdiction Amendment Act, Legal Damages Rebalance Act) and executive functioning (Quick Education Act, Wild Regioning Exception Act). Her participation in the negotiations revolving around the Plot Regulations Act led to some of the stronger provisions of that law, including the choice of 30 as the new c-plot limit (down from 50), and the much higher and more exponential property tax rate. The representative also received backlash from the controversial Journalistic Transparency Act by RylandW that would have required nearly all published news to list an author, as well as potential conflicts of interest and biases. She subsequently requested the Senate to vote against the bill, saying she would "potentially revisit [the] idea next term".

On the third day of the 30th Congress's caretaker period, Kaiserin_ was elected deputy speaker of the House. This came after the resignation of former deputy speaker YeetGlazer (GER) eleven days earlier.

On 21 March 2025, it was announced that Kaiserin_ would serve as a chancellor on the High Court of Alexandria.

Personal life

Kaiserin_ is a lesbian and uses she/they pronouns. She has been married to JunoAndrist since January 16, 2025, and they live together in Arsky Valley, Oakridge. She is the adoptive mother of norselyqueer.

Political positions

Kaiserin_ is a self-described communist and pragmatic socialist, and is a member of the Communist Caucus of the Workers' Party. To that end, she has campaigned on progressive and interventionist economic policies, as well as increased public transparency. She has also campaigned prominently on legal reform, with the desire for standardised legal codes highlighted as one of her key policies. Further, she has made an effort to convey her belief in pragmatic governance, calculated direct action, and cooperation with people from across the political spectrum.
