AETHER1AN (joined 1 January 2025), also known as Aether, is a Redmontian Senior Ranger, Archivist, Auditor, Electoral Officer, Designer, former Representative of the 30th Congress and Trial Moderator for the Staff team of the Minecraft Cities Network. She is a member of the Workers' Party of Redmont (WPR) and formerly served on its 3rd and 5th Central Committee. She currently serves as the congressional press assistant for the 31st Congress.
Career
AETHER1AN joined the server on 1 January 2025, beginning her career as a journalist with freelance work for various publications. She quickly became involved in politics, joining the Workers' Party of Redmont on January 13[1] and becoming one of the first members of its Propaganda Committee, then-chaired by Kaiserin_.[2]
Her career expanded into government roles when she was hired as a ranger with the Department of the Interior on 27 January.[3] Soon after, on February 1, she took on a legal role as a clerk with Dragon Law Firm.
On 5 February 2025, AETHER1AN was elected head of urban development of Oakridge,[4] a position from which she later resigned on 10 March, citing personal reasons.[5] Meanwhile, on 12 February, she and her wife, Eenza, co-founded Georg Street, a satirical news outlet featuring lighthearted interviews with notable figures, hosted by Eenza's pet dog, Georg.
Her political influence grew when she was elected to the WPR's 3rd Central Committee on 16 February.[6] Following Kaiserin_'s transition to chairwoman of the WPR's Legal Committee, AETHER1AN was appointed chairwoman of the Propaganda Committee on 20 February.[7] However, her political aspirations faced a setback on 10 March, when she lost in the March 2025 House of Representatives election.[8] Shortly after, however, on 18 March, she was hired as the 30th Congress' press assistant by Speaker of the House Bezzergeezer.[9]
