Reference template for a forum post:

• {{{id}}} - Copy the post ID from the URL (for example, /#post-129520). If referencing an entire thread, you may (optionally) use the thread ID instead.
• {{{title}}} - If referencing a post, copy the most suitable heading or title present in the post itself, if available. If referencing a thread, use the thread title here. If you're specifically referencing the first post of the thread instead, place only the ID of the first post here (the first post also has an ID that is different from the thread ID).
