Background
Territorios Libres (Free Territories), is a voluntarist revolutionary wild town which features a Congreso del Pueblo (Peoples's Congress), a Church known as Saint Michael's, and two roads. One road is called Av. Territorios Libres de Ucrania or Avenue of the Free Territories of Ukraine while another is called the C. de los Muertos Revolucionarios or Street of the Revolutionary Dead.[1]
Connections
The Territorios Libres is located to the east of the city of Solidarity with a waterway between the two. Anthropologist Gluon speculates that either Territorios Libres inspired Solidarity or the other way around. This is because both countries seem interested in leftist and anarchist aesthetics. In Territorios Libres case this is in their government and street names while in Solidarity it is present in their banners and building names.[2][3]
