State of the Commonwealth reports are monthly reports published by the Cabinet and prepared by the Department of State. The purpose of the reports are to increase cabinet transparency and provide insight into the government. The reports outline government achievements, plans and goals.[1]

Content
The State of the Commonwealth reports contains information and statistics on various topics. The topics include the economy, a job report, signed bills, nomations and executive orders, department and cabinet activity, town status, new player joins, political affiliation, residency and approval ratings.[3]
Preparation
The reports are prepared by the Department of State's auditors along with the Secretary of State. Information such as political affiliation and residency is collected from player responses using the /survey command in-game.[3]
