They ran as Independents, but the ticket was endorsed by all major parties, which were the [[Workers' Party of Redmont]], [[The Evergreens]], the [[People's Reform Party]], the [[Galactic Empire of Redmont]], the [[Alliance for a Better Redmont]], [[Republic Of D.C.]]<nowiki/>and [[The Freedom Coalition]]. 

Theory was the [[Secretary of commerce]] under [[Multiman155]], while Anton was a three-term [[Representative]], serving as [[Speaker of the House]] during the [[37th Congress]], and was a member of WPR's [[Central Committee]].

== Background ==
President [[Multiman155]] won the [[June 2026 presidential election]] with over 62% of the vote, breaking a year-long streak of the [[Workers' Party of Redmont]]. Multiman resigned following the [[July 2026 strike]], making his Vice President, Just_Jada, President by succession. She resigned a few days later, and with no Vice President, triggered a special presidential election, the first in [[Redmont]]'s history.

Theory campaigned on a platform of stability and progress, moving Redomont forward, with no one left behind.
