The case was filed by Mask3D_WOLF on 27 July 2024, alleging that MiekTyson had "committed eight murders". On 30 July, AlexanderLove moved to dismiss the case, claiming, "this Court lacks original jurisdiction", citing the Judicial Standards Act, which states that the [[District Court of Redmont]] shall "hear ‌all‌ ‌minor‌ ‌civil‌ ‌and‌ ‌criminal‌ ‌disputes‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌first‌ ‌instance.‌" Love also pointed out that the District Court, according to the Judicial Standards Act, hears "minor‌ ‌criminal‌ ‌prosecutions‌ ‌that‌ ‌result‌ ‌in‌ ‌jail‌ ‌not‌ ‌exceeding‌ ‌20‌ ‌minutes‌ ‌or‌ ‌$2500‌ ‌dollars‌ ‌(inclusive) of‌ ‌fines".
