lcn, an incumbent representative in the [[26th Congress]], officially declared his candidacy in the election on 18 September, announcing his running mate would be [[JustaDumpling]].

In campaign ads, lcn declared that his policies would be establishing a new constitution and an updated forums page of bylaws, expanding the town museum, creating a "law library" at town hall, and completing construction in Oakridge's commercial district and in the "residential valley area," among other policies, including building an airport, an amusement park, and new trails in natural areas.<ref>[[lcn]]. Additionally, RylandW and SomeHumanOnEarth ran in-game ads for his campaign, and RylandW promoted the campaign in the DemocracyCraft server on Discord.
