Tried to edit the formatting. I feel like this makes more sense than before, although there's still a severe lack of information on this page (it's a stub). Is anyone with more knowledge able to fix this?

Entrepreneurs are people with the basic skills and knowledge to set up a business. In order to start your own company, an entrepreneur license is required.

Once you pass the exam, it's your qualification to keep!
