Due to the unstable relations between the President and the Senate and the instability preceding the March Coup and the owner decree to "Steady the Ship," the GoldBlooded administration had a multitude of Acting Secretaries as the Senate purposefully and maliciously upheld and failed nearly all of President GoldBlooded's Secretary nominations without reason. Only two Secretaries were confirmed prior to the March Coup, JoanM999 and WackJap. No other Secretary was confirmed until mid-March where a new Senate was elected following a stipulation which dissolved the 23rd Senate in the Steady the Ship decree.
